Retreat benefits & details
Join Vandana, the founder of Prana Buzz at the wonderful Bodhi Farms for a half day retreat into nature and yourself. This retreat is based on the tenant that everything we need lies within us. All the answers we are seeking as well as the universe itself, - ‘Brahmaan’ in sanskrit. We will practice various techniques to help reveal greater energy and guidance.
Vandana Sood-Giddings will explore the intrinsic and invaluable systems of Ayurveda and Yoga from her country, India, to offer this 6 hour long immersion into healing. During the retreat we will explore the 8 limbs of yoga. You will move your body in ‘asanas’ and reduce pain and physical tension. We will meditate and introspect into our limiting beliefs and patterns. Lunch will be a nourishing farm to table experience with an ayurvedic picnic lunch cooked with vegetables grown at Bodhi Farms. You will learn about greater nourishment through Ayurveda in a workshop module.
Through the retreat we will still the chatter of our mind with sound meditation, allow your inner child to play and learn techniques to bring home and create a life filled with purpose and good health.
