Yoga, Chai and Chat is a community circle to gather for personal healing and expression. The program will utilize various healing modalities like yoga asana and philosophy to support us in getting in touch with our physical and mental needs. The aim is to create a safe space for processing, reflecting and expression.
DETAILS:
Yoga, Chai and Chats will on the last Saturday of every month. These gatherings will take place both in person and virtually depending on weather and other variables. The virtual gatherings will take place on Zoom. Each meeting will be roughly 1.5 hours long. The first 45 minutes will consist of a yoga practice with pranayama (breath work). The Second half will consist of getting comfy with a beverage (of your choice, though we are slightly biased towards chai). Vandana will lead the session with a theme and discussion. Each participant can then share for 2- 3 minutes knowing that we are in a sacred, non judgemental and open environment.
When it comes to spiritual healing, we don’t want to exclude anyone. The energy exchange is valued at a small price. So this community is offered at a sliding energy exchange scale. A newbie is anyone who is attending for their first time.
Note - In person gatherings (with chai) will be priced differently.
