This cooking class is for all the Vegetarians! Actually its for anyone who wants to learn how to make vegetables sing with flavor. Join Vandana from the comfort of your own kitchen as she teaches you about the basics of Indian cuisine, spices and her culture.
You will cook a popular Indian dish, ‘Palak Paneer’, Spicy and healthy spinach and paneer cooked with onion, ginger, tomatoes and spices.
Indian cooking is often done with ghee but you can switch it up with a nice healthy cooking oil
The idea is to cook a new delicious meal from scratch
Don't be nervous about making Indian food, Vandana will guide you through each step
The class will take place on zoom
Vandana will provide a detailed recipe several days before the class so that you can collect ingredients and prep beforehand.
