This Spring, starting March 16th I will go back to teaching yoga online for 3 months
Two Tuesdays every month from the Your Yoga studio in Bozeman
Mindful Hatha Class
10:30 - 11:30 am
Come enjoy a multi level, relaxing class with Vandana. In each 60 minute class Vandana will incorporate traditional yoga asanas, philosophy and vedic chants. Each class will begin with a quick check in and end with a long yoga Nidra based savasana where Vandana will guide you into a deep state of relaxation. This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized from the comfort of your own home. Open to everyone, regardless of injury, age etc. Classes will be held on zoom. After signing up you will receive a link the day of to join the class.
OPTIONS: Single Class - $10 and 4 Class Card - $35
About Vandana
Vandana Sood-Giddings is a certified yoga teacher from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in India. In 2006 Vandana completed a 10 day silent Vipassana meditation from Dhamma Sikhara Centre in India. With trainings in Reiki and EFT she uses a holistic approach to yoga teaching and healing. Vandana received the 2008 Davis Peace Award for her project ‘Stretching Towards Peace’ which focused on yoga and meditation countering youth violence in Serbia. Vandana is the founder of Prana Buzz, an organization that aims to build community around spiritual and creative events. Vandana regularly teaches yoga at The Ridge in Bozeman and has taught in New York, India and Europe.
