What others are saying about Vandana’s Cooking classes:

A welcome twist to the regular daily work zoom calls. I can’t wait to try the chicken marinade soon...and the gravy. I can’t believe how much flavor came from those seeds! And, I liked how you provided a recipe but really guided us with general principles that can be flexed in the future.

I have taken two of Vandana’s cooking classes and then made the dishes for my friends later. I can’t tell you how rave the reviews have been! They’ve said its the type of Indian food they expect from an authentic restaurant. Never in a million years did I think I could make Indian food that wasn’t disappointingly mundane compared to the real thing, but with her recipes and pro tips. I think I’ve got it down! Thank you V!
